Educators, would you like help buying Great Peacemakers materials for your classes?
Donors, would you like to help Great Peacemakers reach more students?
This interactive zone will allow you to do both.
With the Adopt a Class program, educators will be able to enter information about their class and the total donation needed to buy Great Peacemakers materials for the class. As donations are made, a bar graph or thermometer graph will allow educators to see progress toward the goal.
Donors will be able to search by country and, in the US, by state to find a class requesting adoption and how much money is needed to achieve the goal. Donors will be able to contribute the full amount requested or part of it in increments of $20.00.
Once a goal has been reached, the Great Peacemakers materials will be sent to the educator. Unless donors give anonymously, their names and addresses will be sent to the educator so the educator and/or students can send thank you notes to the donors.
